This scholarship has officially launched by Minister Jack Chambers on 29th July 2025 (under the Satwik Murari Ireland Scholarship banner), as a gesture of goodwill and courtesy from the Irish government.

The Pro Ireland Scholarship Program is a global opportunity for students from across Asia, Africa, South America, and Europe to pursue master’s degrees in Ireland. The program is designed to support bright students with the potential to succeed in Irish universities.

Who Can Apply?
- Citizens of any country
- Graduation with at least 60% or equivalent GPA
- Must meet English language requirements of Irish universities
- Academic merit or leadership/social service involvement preferred
Application Process
- Apply via our website or official Google Form
- Get shortlisted and contacted by our admissions team
- Receive university application assistance
- Undergo an interview with Global Explore
- If selected, receive full funding and free flight tickets to Ireland
